Floor apartment is suitable for 2-4 people and is fully furnished; consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with a seat that can be converted into double bed, kitchenette, hallway and bathroom with shower.

In the apartment is also available: a television, radio,
internet/wifi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, vitroceramid cooking plate, toaster, air conditioning and a large terrace with garden furniture.

"Rental price 2024"

The minimum rental period is 5 nights* , renting is during the season  € 55  a night.

 * You can also hire fewer days, but there are still 5 nights charged.

Included in the rental price:
- Cleaning.**
- Bed linen / towels / kitchen towels.
- Use of private pool, sun loungers at pool.
- Private parking on the grounds.

- 24h. security service of the complex.

** For those who stay longer than 7 days, you get a mid-week cleaning  after the first week + change of linen and towels.

Arrival / Departure:
On arrival you can from 15:00 pm in the apartment.
On departure day you must be no later than 11:00 pm to leave the apartment.

(Luggage, you can leave it by the security service until leaving for the airport)

*** It is no problem to arrive late or at night, the keys are always organized by our contact person.

 Suitability:
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside, only on terrace.
- No pets
